Tower47 is located in the Allianz Tower, an iconic work designed by Arata Isozaki and Andrea Maffei, which stands out for its architectural concept inspired by Constantin Brancusi's "endless column". A modular structure that conveys an idea of continuous growth, in line with the entrepreneurial spirit of Milan.
Tower47 is located in the area of the former trade fair in Milan, totally redeveloped as part of the CityLife project. The complex represents one of the most impressive urban redevelopment projects ever carried out in our country, with over 360 thousand square meters of total area, a public park of 170 thousand square meters, five kilometers of cycle paths and the largest urban district dedicated to shopping in Italy.
The location is a unique mix of aesthetics and functionality: customizable lighting, latest generation audio-video systems, high-performance wi-fi and an area dedicated to catering signed by Da Vittorio, three Michelin stars.
Cutting-edge equipment for a multifunctional space
On the floor, in addition to the service spaces, there are the audio/video/lighting control room and the back office area for catering. The room is air conditioned and heated. In its 1,000 square meter area, Tower47 can accommodate from 200 guests (including staff) during business hours up to 300 guests when the Allianz offices are closed.

The loading/unloading of the fittings is feasible via the Allianz loading bay, which can be reached via the underground road system of CityLife. To access, it is necessary to send 3-4 days before the event, names and plates to be authorized for entry. From the loading bay, via good lifts, you can reach the event floor directly.
A panoramic lift is dedicated exclusively to each event, to allow guests access to Tower47. Lifts are programmed to go from entrance hall to the event floor automatically.
It is advisable to provide at least one hostess on the ground floor and one on the 47th floor.
For the accreditation of event guests, there will be an ad hoc space in the upper hall of the Allianz Tower, just before the turnstiles. An exclusive turnstile is dedicated to guests for access to the Tower. It is therefore advisable to provide at least one person to guard the desk. At the entrance and on the emergency stairs on floor 47 there will be Allianz security.
Yes, all guests must be accredited at the event desk (not at the Allianz reception).
